This means that when you purchase a bracelet made by us from natural gemstones, you're getting a piece that is truly one-of-a-kind that may differ from the standard product image.

 

Warrantee

Our products come with a 30-day warranty, provided that the item is utilized in accordance with the usage and care instructions. Please refer to the Care and Use page.

This warranty is void if a product is returned with removed parts, is wilfully damaged or has any alterations (including the unauthorised removal of any component).

We will assess the claim and contact you.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item - allowing us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
